Verification, credentials, and trust indicators

Any verification status, badge, or trust indicator you see on the Beyond Diagnosis platform simply means the Practitioner has shared some information or documents with Onus Pty Ltd (trading as Beyond Diagnosis), and we did a limited check at that time. This verification doesn’t mean Onus Pty Ltd or Beyond Diagnosis endorses, certifies, accredits, approves, or recommends the Practitioner.

The Practitioner promises that all credentials, registrations, licenses, insurance details, and other information they provide to Onus Pty Ltd (trading as Beyond Diagnosis) are always accurate, up-to-date, complete, and not misleading. If anything changes, like their credentials, registration, insurance, or professional status, they must update their listing right away and let Onus Pty Ltd know.

The Practitioner understands and agrees that Onus Pty Ltd (trading as Beyond Diagnosis) doesn’t keep track of ongoing compliance, credentials, insurance, or regulatory status. Users who rely on verification or trust indicators do so at their own risk.

Onus Pty Ltd (trading as Beyond Diagnosis) may remove verification or trust indicators, suspend, or remove the Practitioner’s listing if any information is incomplete, outdated, misleading, cannot be reasonably verified, or if removal is reasonably necessary to protect users or the integrity of the platform.
