Jason Wendroff-Rawnicki is a Somatic Grief Therapist, keynote speaker, bestselling author, certified yoga educator, and connector of people and purpose who helps individuals and communities navigate grief, healing, and transformation through a deeply embodied approach.
With an M.A. in Psychology and more than two decades of experience teaching holistic wellness practices, Jason blends somatic grief therapy, mindfulness, yoga, conscious communication, meditation, and essential oils to help people restore hope, reconnect to themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and vitality.
Jason’s work is profoundly shaped by personal loss. In 1998, his sister Lauren died in a car accident… a life-altering experience that led him beyond traditional talk therapy and into body-centred healing practices.
Through yoga, mindfulness, healthy living, and essential oils, he discovered that healing grief is not just emotional… It's physiological. As Jason often says, “The issues are in the tissues.”
Today, Jason travels nationally and internationally, leading workshops, retreats, training, and keynote experiences focused on the somatic experience of grief and human connection.
Whether speaking to a crowd, facilitating a healing session, or guiding transformational experiences, he brings a rare combination of warmth, insight, presence, and grounded energy that makes people feel seen, safe, and uplifted.
A lifelong entrepreneur and co-founder of Shine Yoga Centre in New Jersey, Jason has dedicated his life to helping others heal, grow, and reconnect to what matters most.
His message is simple but powerful… When we shift our physical state, we create the space to process emotional pain, restore resilience, and rediscover joy.
