Dr Susannah Ward - Mastering Real Wellness.
Real wellness is not necessarily living free from disease and challenges, and your capacity to be well is not dictated by your age, physical or mental capability, or body shape.
There is plenty of great news: to achieve real wellness, we don’t need to invest in gadgets, clothes, vitamins, gimmicky superfoods, particular practices or whatever you’re led to believe you need to buy to thrive and feel good enough.
Rather, we need to show up for ourselves, learn a little about our inner world and develop some mastery over our thoughts, emotions, impulses, and behaviour.
