Juanita Markham

Juanita Markham is a Practitioner of Animism and Shamanism, a Death Doula, a Mindfulness practitioner and an Energy worker.

She went from surviving to thriving, living with Fibromyalgia.

As someone who is neurodiverse and deals with a chronic illness, I have found solace in nature on my path of remembrance.

Through studying various modalities, I have rediscovered my core self. I have found ways to grieve what was, to make room for what could be.

I then embraced the life, death and rebirth cycle and found peace.
